Techpol CZ s.r.o. operates a 3200 m² production facility equipped with the market’s most advanced machinery: nine injection-moulding presses with clamping forces up to 800 tonnes; five dedicated plastic-welding stations—one friction-welding unit and four linear-vibration welders—for strong, repeatable joints on large or complex parts.
Downstream, integral test benches perform 100 % leak and presence checks on every part, automatically confirming material integrity and the correct placement of over-moulded bushings, screws, inserts and other hardware. An on-site maintenance department with laser-welding capability keeps moulds and equipment in peak condition, enabling both routine and emergency repairs without outsourcing delays.
